2025 dues must be paid by the first meeting in October (10/7). The amount is 1 varsity game fee ($97.50 on field official or $78.00 for timers), please make checks out to MAFO Augusta and get them to secretary/treasurer Dan Labrie. Cash, personal check or Venmo is accepted, we can no longer accept signed over game checks from schools.

FINGERPRINTING/CHRC BACKGROUND CHECKS:
Background checks are now mandatory per the MPA. Below are the links that have the necessary information to get fingerprinted and a CHRC card that we will need on file. Maine DOE - Fingerprinting CHRC Initial Application Instructions IdentoGO website to find locations to get fingerprinted Please make sure your credentials are up to date! If you need to renew yours, please click HERE for a .pdf on how to do so. The renewal fee is $15, if you have not worked at the same place for more than 5 years you will also need to get re-fingerprinted, that fee as another $55. Official uniforms can be purchased from multiple places but we have links to a few of the trusted sources above under the MAFO Links header. Our uniforms consist of 2 1/4" wide striped shirts (long or short sleeve) and black pants with a solid white stripe down the leg. Shorts are ok to wear for sub-varsity games |
